I love working in the business intelligence field.
I’ve been working in the business intelligence field since 2008 and I’ve loved every second of it! There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thankful to God for how much fun my work is! Whether I’m designing a data warehouse, overcoming some tricky ETL problems, building an SSAS cube, or coming up with just the right reporting solution, I’m happy to be doing what I do.
Working as a Business Intelligence Consultant for Pragmatic Works has allowed me to gain an immense amount of experience in a very short amount of time. Working with many different clients has allowed me to grow in both professional and personal capacities.
I’ve also worked as an author, contributor, and technical editor on several SQL Server related books. I’ve worked on the following books:
Applied Microsoft Business Intelligence
by Patrick Leblanc, Jessica Moss, Dejan Sarka, Dustin Ryan
Professional Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services with MDX and DAX
by Sivakumar Harinath, Ronald Pihlgren, Denny Guang-Yeu Lee, John Sirmon, Robert Buckner
Knight’s 24-Hour Trainer: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Integration Services
by Brian Knight, Devin Knight, Mike Davis
